Below are steps to start using the RealtyTrac website to search for properties once you've subscribed with RealtyTrac.
Log in with your entire E-mail address and Password under Member Login at the top of the home page, http://www.realtytrac.com.
When you first search, we recommend that you DON'T enter a price range, beds or baths range, or recording date range. Just enter the state/county or city/zip code you wish to search on My RealtyTrac or on the Property Search page. Sometimes our data sources don't find a price estimate or number of bedrooms and bathrooms when they aggregate the information from public records, so it's important to search broadly to ensure you see all the properties in the area you are searching. If you receive too many search results, you can always go back and narrow your search criteria.
