  What do I do if I'm having trouble with my RealtyTrac login?

  First, make sure you have the correct Username (usually your e-mail address) and Password. Forgot your login?

Second, make sure you are pointing your Internet browser directly to http://www.realtytrac.com/. Sometimes if you come into our site from another website it may cause login trouble.

Third, make sure you are logging in on the home page under "Member Login." Make sure you are not trying to log in under "My Stuff" on the Help section. Your login to access RealtyTrac's foreclosure data will not work there.

Fourth, you many need to adjust your Internet settings. You will usually need to enable cookies and set your privacy settings to Medium so that RealtyTrac can recognize your login information. For more details on Internet settings, click the link below.
What is wrong if I am prompted to login again every time I try to login?

Fifth, if you have a firewall installed on your computer, you may need to adjust your firewall settings to allow greater access to the RealtyTrac website.
