"Bid Now" means you can bid on the property online! RealtyTrac offers online bidding for a limited number of properties. Properties eligible for online bidding will display the words "Bid Now" on the search results page and the property details page. To search specifically for online bidding properties, use our Online Bidding Property Search.
If you want to bid on a property, click on "Bid Now" and you will be directed to a page overviewing RealtyTrac's online bidding program. Click "Continue" to proceed to the Property Bidding page, where you will see details about the bidding, including current bid amount, bid increment and the amount of time left before the bidding ends.
Click "Learn How to Bid" to view more details about bidding and what will happen if you are the winning bidder. Click "Place Bid" to submit your bid. You can contact the agent listed if you have further questions about the property or the bidding.
If you are not a RealtyTrac subscriber, you will be asked to complete a FREE registration in order to submit any online bids.
