Check back every few days to see if the Lien & Loan History and Comparable Sales information has been added. We are continuing to append that data to some properties although the majority of recently posted properties should include the information.
If you don't want to wait for a property to be updated with the lien, loan and comparable sales information, you could find the information other ways: purchase the Legal & Vesting and Professional AVM reports on RealtyTrac (available to members on the property details page); click the "Contact An Agent" tab to find a local real estate agent to research the information for you; or research the information on your own at the local recorder's office.
